Vijay Sharma’s house is in Nisdi rural municipality ward no 5 Galdha of Palpa district.

He was born in the year 2046 from the womb of father Shiv Prasad Upadhyay and mother Shantidevi Aryal. He is the eldest among three children in the family.
Their education started from a young age due to parents who knew that their children should be educated. He started his studies from Anand Niketan Vidya Ashram in the village.

He studied from class 1 to class 4 in that school. After that, he completed his studies up to SLC from Saraswati Secondary School in Kathaidanda, Galdha.

Similarly, he completed his IEd, VED from Shahid Universal Campus in Rampur, while he completed his master’s degree from Butwal Universal Campus.
Since childhood, he was very hardworking and thought that he could do something good in the field of education. He thought that he could change something in his field by becoming a teacher. He became a teacher in Brihaspati Primary School in Galda, Nisdi in 2077 and held the responsibility as the principal of that school until 2079. .
He also worked as the chairman of the Teachers Federation of Nisdi Rural Municipality, thinking that it would be easy for teachers to have their rights and interests and to take their matters to the relevant bodies.
Vijay Sir has been adamant about how education can be taken forward.

Currently, he is working as the principal of Rampur Basic School in Ward No. 5 of Rampur Municipality.
Before he came to that school, there were about 100 students in the school.

After the parents felt that he was capable of running the school well, the enrollment of students increased significantly. Currently, 180 students are studying in the school.
Vijay Sir, who is very curious since childhood, prefers to do new things in school.

Along with education, he believes that children should also be given practical knowledge in school. The school has created an environment where they can learn all the daily tasks of our lives including yoga, scouting, music, singing and dancing, reading newspapers during extra time, answering attendance, spelling, and karesawari works. .

He says that if discipline can be taught to children from an early age, it will help society a lot tomorrow.

He believes that students should be taught household and society-related subjects from a young age. He said that not only in school, but also how their children behave at home, whether they obey their parents or not, will determine their future, so parents should be very careful.
It is his experience that parents’ interest in community schools is gradually increasing over institutional schools.

Yesterday, parents used to think that they would be proud of teaching Voiding to their children, but now community schools have started to be very good, so their interest in community schools has started to increase.
He has brought a new kind of plan to do homework in school itself.

Similarly, Vijaya sir has made arrangements for teaching on Saturdays and holidays for students who are weak in studies. He says that because the satisfaction of the parents is the reason for learning and achievement, they have started teaching in the same environment. That is why Bijay sir has succeeded in making his model in the model schools in Rampur Municipality.
Vijay sir, who has spent his whole life in the field of education and is looking for some change in his place, is constantly striving to improve the field of education.

He always has a positive attitude, doesn’t speak badly to anyone, and always smiles.
As the children of today are the leaders of tomorrow, his plans are to provide education that is applicable to the education and behavior of those children according to their interests and desires.

We can also learn a lot from the life of Vijaya Sir, who strived to advance the school with youthful enthusiasm and energy.
